Join the Richmond Times-Dispatch and the League of Women Voters of the Richmond Metropolitan Area to hear from candidates for the 2024 Richmond City Council election. This non-partisan event will be moderated by Chris Coates, Richmond Times-Dispatch Executive Editor and Lee Enterprises Senior Director, Local News. All candidates for all nine Richmond districts have been invited.
