Description

A teacher stands at the front of a class of studentsIn this 7-session course, museum educators will prepare students to successfully complete the U.S. citizenship test. Held at the Virginia Museum of History & Culture, this class offers students the unique opportunity to personally interact with original historical objects, maps, books, and documents, and engage with experts in the history of Virginia and United States. 

The class is held Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 8:00 pm from September 26 through November 14 except for October 31. 

Pre-registration is recommended, but students can register at the door on the evening of the first class. Please note that the class is taught in English so students should possess the ability to read, write, and speak basic English.
